Make Manual Backup Work Without Having to do an Automatic Backup First

For some reason I can't figure out I seem to have to do a automatic backup before I can do a manual (Backup Now) backup. Once the automatic one runs I can then run a manual backup without any problems.

skip a file in an FTP backup in case of a failure, don't abort the entire FTP backup process. I was getting a timeout on one file over and over and the FTP backup will never complete. The file is fine by the way so that should be fixed too.

Add sftp (secure ftp) file transfers. When using just standard ftp the password is sent unencrypted to the server.

The program is a good idea, but don't throttle the program. This Lite version and others are artificially throttled. Remove the offending code, and let's all use either this program or a bought version as much as we want.

add option to identify how many backups to retain for each site ; so it can auto remove older copies

I want icare data backup software is it possible ? that can you allow this for me if its possible because that time i could not use that software but i want it at this time so please give the software again i shall thankful to you for this . Rajesh K

Sugest the 'BackupSF.exe' - NOT be left running in System Tray or Task Manager when the main BackupSF program is closed. That wastes memory and CPU for no good reason - and is annoying. Please consider.
